Tonight on SBTR: Walking the Tightrope

FacebookXPinterestEmailEmailEmailShare

Over the past week or so, there's been some talk of overflowing plates here at SpouseBUZZ. There are times when it seems there just aren't enough hours in the day and many of us feel overextended, overwhelmed, tired and just plain stressed out. Tonight's SBTR topic couldn't have come at a better time. Life is hectic, and military life has a way of lobbing curve balls in our direction. We're looking forward to speaking with Ellen Miller about how we can take steps to achieve some sanity and balance in our busy lives.

You can read Ellen Miller's bio after the jump.

Ellen Miller is passionate about life balance. Why? Because she knows personally the miserable feeling we have when we're "off our game" and the joy we can have from just everyday life when we're firing on all cylinders. Her motto is: "You can have it all-just not every day".

Professionally,  Ellen is a working gal. She served as a corporate officer for a Fortune 500 company while raising a family and today serves as the founder and visionary for the technology marketing firm, Insider Marketing. For more than 13 years she has had the pleasure of marketing some of the biggest brands in the technology marketplace.

But her profession only describes a third of who she is.  Personally, she shares her  life with her husband Steve, their two grown children, son-in-law, and precious new grand daughter. But probably the most defining thing about Ellen is her purpose. In this season of her life, Ellen believes her talents can best be used to encourage other gals striving to achieve balance via her blog at www.ellenmiller.com.

Ellen knows that a fulfilled, content woman is vital to our society; our workforce; and most importantly to our families. A woman who chooses purposefully to live intentionally makes for a strong marriage partner and a positive, role-modeling mother. Her desire is to inspire confidence and motivate women to live to their full potential - with uncommon joy.
