Which is really weird to me. My job is all about listening to the stories men and women tell about military life. Undeniably, there are tragic stories in the military like the training accident that killed seven Marines in Yuma last week. Yet the majority of stories to be told about life inside the military are not tragic. I love the great family dramas being worked out in military families across the country. I love the stories of true romance. I live for the comic moments that happen in the military every day. And I love those stories best when they are told in person.
